While Re-Trek remains IHF’s primary focus for resolving issues, both video teleconferencing and phone coaching offer the flexibility for men, women, or male-female couples to discuss issues with Jared and Lance, or Mary Ann, three qualified and caring coaches/teachers.

Please note: Coaching is not theraputic counseling. Coaching does serve as a good precursor to Re-Trek and a post processing of issues addressed on Re-Trek, either on an individual or relational level (Couples Coaching).
